In-store pickup
Whether you have completed a telephone order or selected in-store pickup during your online order, you can collect your spare parts by paying at our store's cashier. If you have chosen payment and pickup from the store during your online order, please call us to confirm your order within 24 hours.
If your order has been paid for and you have selected "In-Store Pickup," our company is obligated to hold the items only for the agreed-upon period following communication.
If your order is unpaid and you have selected "Pick up from the Store", our company is not obligated to hold the items beyond 48 hours, and your order will be automatically cancelled.
Within the Attica basin.
Our company owns professional vehicles specifically for the delivery of our products, ensuring they arrive undamaged and with the utmost care. Delivery within the Attica region to private individuals may incur shipping costs and can be done in the following ways:
Outside the Attica metropolitan area.
Shipping outside the Attica region is ONLY possible after prior telephone communication. In any case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the online order total.
Outside of Attica
Deliveries throughout the rest of Greece are ONLY carried out after prior telephone communication using the following methods:

Upon completion of your online order, you will be asked to provide the full details of your preferred shipping method in the order comments field (e.g., shipping company name, phone number and address, or your chosen courier).
If you choose courier delivery, we recommend checking the shipping cost before completing your order. In any case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the online order total.
