ORDER - DELIVERY

You have read the terms and conditions of shipping for your order.

We strive to process orders placed through our online store on the same day, provided payment is completed by 12:00 PM. Delivery time varies depending on the final destination and shipping method (courier, your chosen freight company, or delivery by our own transport (within the Attica region)).

Telephone orders are processed in consultation with each customer individually. Shipping method, final order cost, discounts, and payment method are always determined after consultation with our sole responsible department, the Accounting Department.

Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. In the event of any delay, our company will make every effort to contact you using the contact details you have provided, in order to inform you and coordinate with you.

Although our company takes every possible measure to meet your need for information regarding any lack of availability of a product, there is a possibility of an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product even after your order has been confirmed.

In this case, our company will once again make every possible effort to contact you using the information you have provided in order to inform you about the cancellation of the order without penalty for either party and the interest-free refund of any money you may have paid.

All items are checked, packaged, and shipped provided they are in good condition. We assume no responsibility for any damage during transport. Please check the contents of the packages and the condition of the parts immediately upon receipt.

If you have selected Payment in store:

Please call us to confirm your order within 48 hours. Our company is not obligated to hold items beyond 24 hours, and your order will be automatically cancelled.

If you have selected In-Store Pickup:

If your order has been paid for and you have selected "In-Store Pickup," our company is obligated to hold the items only for the agreed-upon period following communication. If your order has not been paid for and you have selected "In-Store Pickup," our company is not obligated to hold the items beyond 48 hours, and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment Methods

Cash

Whether you have completed a telephone order or selected in-store pickup during your online order, you can collect your parts by paying at our store's cashier. If you have chosen payment & pickup from the store during your online order, please call us to confirm your order within 24 hours. Our company is not obligated to hold items beyond 48 hours, and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Credit Card

Use your credit card for direct online payment or when paying for your order at our store's checkout. For security reasons when using a credit card at our company's checkout, you must have your ID with you.

Payment by deposit/transfer to one of our company's bank accounts listed below is ONLY supported after prior telephone communication.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is ONLY supported for professionals in the industry located within the Attica region. Delivery is made by our own vehicle and only after a telephone call. Cash on delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Courier Purchase

Choose and go to the courier company that serves you. Place a Purchase Order with our company. Our company details are listed above. Pay the amount of your purchase to the courier. The courier will pay us and deliver your order to you. We will send you the shipping voucher. In any case, the courier costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping Methods

In-store pickup

Whether you have completed a telephone order or selected in-store pickup during your online order, you can collect your spare parts by paying at our store's cashier. If you have chosen payment and pickup from the store during your online order, please call us to confirm your order within 24 hours.

If your order has been paid for and you have selected "In-Store Pickup," our company is obligated to hold the items only for the agreed-upon period following communication.
If your order is unpaid and you have selected "Pick up from the Store", our company is not obligated to hold the items beyond 48 hours, and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Within the Attica basin.

Our company owns professional vehicles specifically for the delivery of our products, ensuring they arrive undamaged and with the utmost care. Delivery within the Attica region to private individuals may incur shipping costs and can be done in the following ways:

  • By Courier
  • By Courier
  • In your own way or by your own means.

Outside the Attica metropolitan area.

Shipping outside the Attica region is ONLY possible after prior telephone communication. In any case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the online order total.

Outside of Attica

Deliveries throughout the rest of Greece are ONLY carried out after prior telephone communication using the following methods:

  • With a shipping company of your choice (Agency)
  • By Courier
  • In your own way or by your own means.

In any case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer and are not calculated upon completion of the online order.

ATTENTION

Upon completion of your online order, you will be asked to provide the full details of your preferred shipping method in the order comments field (e.g., shipping company name, phone number and address, or your chosen courier).

If you choose courier delivery, we recommend checking the shipping cost before completing your order. In any case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the online order total.

WITHDRAWAL – RETURN

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt, as defined by Law 2251/1994, Article 3e, paragraph 1, provided they are in the same good condition as when they were shipped from our warehouse. In the case of a defective product, our store's policy fully complies with Law 2251/1994, Article 3b, paragraph 1, clauses 12 & 13, as well as Article 534 et seq. of the Civil Code, provided they are in the same good condition as when they were shipped from our warehouse. In the case of a defective spare part, and if sufficient stock is available, a REPLACEMENT will be made after approval by our company's sales manager. In the case of unavailable stock, a refund will be issued, provided the product is in the same good condition as when it was shipped from our warehouse. For procedural matters, please contact the Accounting Department.

You must inform us of your wish to return the products you purchased within the legally stipulated timeframe. In case of WITHDRAWAL, the return shipping costs, whether by freight or courier, are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

Order cancellation by the customer due to change of mind.

Customer order cancellations due to change of mind are only accepted if the item has not yet been invoiced and shipped by the company. Cancellation must be done via email to the company. The customer must provide the exact order details. Cancellation is not effective unless a confirmation email is sent by the company to the customer.

If, before the customer declares cancellation, they have paid for the approved order and the company has already received the payment, the company must return the received amount to the customer within fourteen (14) calendar days using the same method the customer used for payment (e.g., crediting the amount to a bank account, cash payment, etc.). Otherwise, if a payment order has been issued by the customer but the money has not been received by the company (e.g., in the case of a credit card charge where the bank has not yet paid the company), the company is obliged within fourteen (14) business days to take all necessary actions and declarations to the relevant authority (bank, etc.) to notify them of the order cancellation and the obligation to return any amount charged to the customer. In this case, the company is considered to have fulfilled its obligations legally, and the reversal of any charge will be based on the terms of the agreement between the customer and the third-party entity (bank, etc.), and the company bears no responsibility regarding the time of return or reversal of any related charge.

GUARANTEE

All used parts are guaranteed to function correctly, based on their used condition. In addition, a 3-month written warranty is provided for engines. The warranty is valid provided the part or engine is in the same good condition as when it was shipped from our warehouse. 

The warranty covers only damage caused by the product itself due to malfunction, and not damage caused by external factors, improper installation or assembly, misuse, or use other than that for which it was designed (e.g., racing use without being specified in its specifications).

The warranty does not cover damage incurred during the transportation of the products. Transportation is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective carrier.

If you wish to register on our website via the Registration form, you automatically grant us permission to contact you and send you informational messages.

Our company retains your data only for the following reasons, and for as long as required by the relevant legislation.

Your first and last name, billing and delivery address, landline/mobile phone number so we can contact you and send you SMS messages regarding your order, and your email address so you can receive updates regarding your order, and for businesses, additionally, Tax ID number, Tax Office, Profession. This data may be transferred to third parties, such as transport companies that TAKIDELLIS cooperates with, always within the framework of processing your orders. In the case of purchase by credit card, the card details are processed through the secure platform of Eurobank, and no card details are kept in the TAKIDELLIS systems. A CCTV system operates in the store area that records images to prevent crimes against life and property, which we may process and transfer to the competent authorities in the event of a crime.

Your rights regarding your data.

This means that you have the right to be informed by us if we are processing your data.

If you find that there is an error in your data, you can submit a request to us to correct it (e.g., correcting a name or updating a change of address).
